​How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering from us is very simple! Click SHOP on our menu to browse products, add items to your cart, and even make a payment using your credit card. Orders are normally processed the same day if ordered before 3:00PM PST. Call us at 916.568.1488 if you need help placing an order from our website.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Please call us 916.568.1488 if your prefer another payment method. Our representatives will definitely work with you according to your needs.
Shipping
Carrier charges resulting from incorrect shipping information will be charged to customer, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We strive to offer our customers the most efficient shipping service possible! We normally ship orders placed before 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) on the same business day, however during peak shipping season, such as the holidays, processing and shipping can take several days. All shipments are sent ground and may take between 1-5 business days depending on your location. Priority shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please call us for more details.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are only accepted for products that are damaged during shipping. No refunds will be issued for opened items. Unopened items maybe returned within 30 days with a valid return authorization number. Please call prior to returning the products to obtain authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
Orders maybe cancelled, on your request, if the items ordered have not been shipped or processed at the facility. Cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped will be subject to the returns/refund policy.
